The fine print
We have the ability to ban users who break these rules, so please follow them carefully. Report any problems immediately to questions@emeraldracing.com.
Online Conduct. You agree and warrant that:
You are solely responsible for the content or information you publish or display ("post") in the Fan Zone Chat Room, or transmit to other users.
You will not post or transmit any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal materials, or any material that infringes or violates another party’s rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity).
You will use the chat room in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through the chat room. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk E-mail to other users.
You will not post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other chat room users. The Fan Zone reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other users.
Monitoring. The Fan Zone reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor the materials posted in the chat room. The Fan Zone site producers will remove any such material that violates law or these rules. YOU REMAIN SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT OF THE MATERIALS YOU POST.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Under no circumstances will the Fan Zone be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that result from the use of the chat room, including but not limited to reliance on any information obtained via the chat room, or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or e-mail, loss of or damage to data, errors, defects and viruses.
